About Me

My name is Nicole Picton and I am a first year Interaction Design student at Ulster University.

After Secondary School I knew I wanted to continue on in the creative sector and continue designing. With my other interests including media studies and psychology, I also wanted to find a way to continue in a career that included thinking about how the design will affect and benefit others. With a growing interest in code, for me, this course appeared to be perfect. So far, IXD has taught me far more about design than I thought I'd learn in such a short period of time. My skills and knowledge have progressed massively since September, and I am looking forward to continuing on this learning curve
